When Cancellation or Refund is possible?

  • If Cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date: 65% refund
  • If Cancelled 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival date: 45% refund
  • If Cancelled 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date: 25% refund

When Cancellation or Refund is not possible?

  • If Cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date: No refund

How much time will refund take?

  • After receiving your refund request and inspecting the issue, we will process your refund.

  • Please allow at least 2-3 days from the date of refund request for inspecting the issue.

  • Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to appear in your wallet, bank or credit card statement.
